No.
ID is an interesting bit of philosophical conjecture. It is NOT science.
I mean, hello?
"I don't see any inherent contradiction between claiming that the Universe is so spectacularly well designed that it required a God-like intellect to conceive of it, while simultaneously implying that God isn't intelligent enough to think of something as ingenious as evolution to help His creatures adapt to a constantly changing physical environment." (paraphrase of the misapplication of the ID conjecture commonly used to try and make it an argument against evolution (which it was never intended to be))
